day 10

bad boy :( too many beers yesterday after work, but a pretty good sleep. Waking up! No sport :) Joeys pizza delivery service , ordering for 27,50€ pizza pasta and muffin. Thank good its sunday, everything allowed. I love it :) If there is anyone following - now is the time. Bon appetite. See you tomorrow

day 9

Saturday morning - wow 83,9 - hello almost 6kg gone. But this was right after getting up. So I promised myself to not stop running. My muscles are sour and I am a little bit tired. Still, I was running my round. Today I changed my lunch to a baby lite morzarella with 10 cherry tomatoes and about 10 little shrimps. Than I wanted to go on the scale again to see my weight again. Ooops 84,9. Well all this water :) But still I am very happy. So keep it comming

Day 8

I had a wonderful sleep, thanks to the beer :) I was very proud of myself, because I was doing my little round in Mitte. The routine started - cooking lunch - the rest of the liver salad and again some spargel. Great. Off to work. At work I was not eating anything, just drinking lots of mineralwater. It was one of the busiest evenings in the resto ever. My body needed some sugar to go on ! So I was eating some strawberries. It worked, even though I could have eaten some chocolat. Falling into my bed.

day 7

It is thursday and I am off duty. Still I was getting up at 9 in the morning, no drink, no food, just putting on my trainers. And off we go - right now I am running always the same route behind the Hamburger Bahnhof (about 3km)in 16 minutes. I know its not fast, but I want to run and still be able to speak. And guess what - after running it was cooking time again. Sorry its Spargelzeit, so I will enjoy it as long as possible. Cooking is very important for me. Thinking about preparing food for me makes me happy. And I really look alot on the tags on the back of the food. Little carbs and sugar as possible. The weather aint nice, I want to stay home and watch some videos. After the first video I wanted to eat something, so I made me a salad with some grilled chickenliver. Lecker! I had a beer with it :( This led to 3 more beers. The videos became much funnier. But I told myself to not flunk out tommorow for running. Good nite

day 6

waking up early and putting on my sport outfit. First day of running - about 20 minutes on a slow pace. After sport I prepared some delicious Spargel 500gr and two pieces of pork loins for me and my sweet, who is supporting me with runing and eating. Actually I feel really well :) Still dont dare to look o the scale. Working all nite. It was not so busy and I was tempted the whole time to make a visit in the kitchen. Boredome! Instead I was drinking about 2L sparkling water with a spritz of lemon. Healthy and it makes you full and on its way out it takes lots of fat (I hope) Good nite.

day 5

back on the track! Asparagus with light pork steaks for first meal. Yumm, and no carbs! water, water, water helps me alot when belly is screaming. For me it is not really the hunger more the a mixture of appetite and boredome that made me order a Currywurst with !! fries !!!. How could I ?? In the restaurant, I had some Veal with vegetables. And that should do for today. Tomorrow I will start the second important part of loosing weight. Sport. Sport and good food work well together.

day4

OOps, good morning at 4pm, after a great nite with lots of drinks I couldn't resist! I bought some lecker belegte brötchen at the bakery. And in the evening I went to restaurant and had a big Wiener Schnitzel.
